The Equestrian Room is a versatile space perfect for saying “I Do,” with French doors offering natural light and adaptable altar lighting to match wedding colors. It accommodates formal ceremonies up to 280 guests, featuring an elegant backdrop, customizable arch, and chiavary chairs. It also serves as an excellent space for smaller events and cocktail parties (seating 150). Additionally, it’s ideal for intimate banquets (up to 150) with patio access, seamlessly blending indoor elegance with an open-air setting for cocktail hours and relaxation, with optional lounge furniture.

Boone Kenton room is perfect for large events of up to 450 guests banquet style. It features a tall ceiling with wood beams, a skylight, two (2) built-in bars, a 40’x44’ dance floor, and two (2) projectors and screens.

Full Facility offers versatile banquet spaces, accommodating up to 900 guests. This expansive area is ideal for large weddings, trade shows, conferences, and corporate events, providing a spacious and elegant setting for significant gatherings.

Room Setup Styles

• Banquet Seating The typical preference for banquet-style seating is all-round tables. The space used for the banquets may require a combination of rounds and longs to permit maximum comfort. When combining longs and rounds, a focus on using longs on distant walls and rounds in the center of the will be used.
• Classroom Style focuses on presentation areas for training and note-taking. Not conducive for attendee interaction.
• Half-moon round-style seating is an alternative to classroom seating for functions requiring a focus on the presentation area and participant interaction. It is also a desirable set-up for “working lunches” or to compensate for the lack of separate rooms for food service.
• Theater Style
• U-shape seating for smaller meetings requiring entire participant interaction.
• Chevron Seating is a variation of the classroom.
